An arm’s length, confidential and impartial statutory service offering information, advice and support to parents, carers of children and young people with SEND from 0-25 years old and young people from 16-25 years 

We have regular information and offer at least once a month coffee & chat sessions for you to join us and ask questions and get involved in SEND discussions.  

Our Advice line is open Monday to Friday 9:30-1pm during term time and  open Tuesday and Thursday 9:30-1pm during school holidays except over the Christmas school holidays when it is closed.
